Need to change or cancel your order? We're here to help! At Purrfect Pet Kingdom®, we understand that sometimes you need to make changes after placing an order.
How To Modify Your Order
Before Your Order Ships:
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Please contact us immediately with your order number and requested changes. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Changes We Can Make:
- Update shipping address
- Change product quantities
- Add or remove items
- Cancel the entire order
After Your Order Ships
Once your order has shipped, we cannot modify it. However, you can refuse delivery or return items according to our return policy once you receive them.
How To Cancel Your Order
To cancel an order that hasn't shipped, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We'll process your cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
