At Purrfect Pet Kingdom®, we want every order to arrive safely and on time. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, we're here to help make it right.
Lost Packages
If Your Package Hasn't Arrived:
- Check your order tracking for the latest delivery status
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Wait 2-3 business days past the expected delivery date
If your package still hasn't arrived after these steps, please contact us with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
Damaged Packages
If Your Package Arrives Damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and products
- Contact us immediately with your order number and photos
- Keep all packaging materials for carrier inspection if needed
We'll arrange for a replacement or refund right away. You don't need to return damaged items unless we specifically request it.
Filing A Claim
We handle all carrier claims on your behalf. Simply provide us with the necessary information and photos, and we'll take care of the rest.
