Features a Waterproof coated Neoprene-Satin Outer shell that with high elastic properties. Additionally the outer shell is 3M Reflective for added safety during night strolls. Great for the high-octane dog. The Interior of these dog coats are composed of Anti-Static thick Polar Fleece for added comfort and breath-ability.
