30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all products purchased from Purrfect Pet Kingdom. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
This generous return window gives you plenty of time to:
- Evaluate product quality and craftsmanship
- Ensure the product meets your expectations
- Verify proper fit and sizing for your pet
- Test functionality and performance
- Confirm your pet's acceptance and enjoyment
The 30-day period begins on the date you receive your order, not the date you placed it, ensuring you have adequate time for evaluation.
How To Initiate A Return
Starting a return is simple and straightforward. Follow these easy steps:
Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service Team
Reach out to us through our Contact Us page or email us directly. Please include:
- Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
- The product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (helps us improve our products and service)
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We'll respond within 24 business hours with return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number. This RA number must be included with your return shipment.
Step 3: Package Your Return
Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging if possible. Include the RA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Send the package to the return address provided in your return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To ensure fair and consistent returns processing, returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Return initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Packaging: Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
- Completeness: All accessories, manuals, and components must be included
- Authorization: Return Authorization (RA) number obtained before shipping
Special Return Considerations
Health & Safety Items:
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain products once opened or used:
- Opened food items, treats, or supplements
- Opened grooming or hygiene products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Clearance or final sale items (marked as such)
These items may still be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging within the 30-day window.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, different rules apply (see section below). We'll make it right immediately at no cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for standard returns (change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance for valuable items, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Exceptions: We cover return shipping costs when:
- The item received was damaged or defective
- We shipped the wrong item by error
- The product significantly differs from its description
In these cases, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs.
Refund Processing & Timeline
Once we receive your returned item, our quality team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return requirements. This process typically takes 2-3 business days.
Refund Timeline:
- Inspection: 2-3 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after approval
- Bank Processing: 3-7 business days (varies by financial institution)
You'll receive an email confirmation once your return is received and again when your refund is processed. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund Amount: You'll receive a full refund of the product purchase price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or product. To request an exchange:
- Contact our customer service team with your exchange request
- Return the original item following our standard return process
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll ship your exchange item
For faster service, you may also place a new order for the desired item and return the original item for a refund. This ensures you receive your preferred product without waiting for the return process to complete.
Damaged Or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders, but occasionally damage can occur during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately—preferably within 48 hours of delivery.
What We Need:
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Description of the damage or defect
- Your order number
Our Response:
We'll immediately send you a replacement at no charge, or issue a full refund including original shipping costs—your choice. We'll also provide a prepaid return label for the damaged item.
Your satisfaction is paramount, and we'll resolve any quality issues swiftly and professionally.
Wrong Item Received
If we shipped the wrong item by mistake, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us immediately, and we'll:
- Send the correct item via expedited shipping at no charge
- Provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item
- Ensure you receive what you ordered as quickly as possible
We take full responsibility for shipping errors and will make the situation right immediately.
Lost Or Missing Items
If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with household members, neighbors, or building management
- Look for the package in alternate delivery locations (porch, garage, mailroom)
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
- Contact us within 48 hours if the package cannot be located
We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and will send a replacement or issue a refund once the investigation is complete.
Restocking Fees
We do NOT charge restocking fees for standard returns. Your satisfaction is more important to us than fees. The only deduction from your refund will be if the returned item is not in its original condition due to customer damage or missing components.
International Returns
Currently, we ship only within the United States. As we expand internationally, we'll update this policy to reflect international return procedures and any applicable customs considerations.
