Every acquisition from Purrfect Pet Kingdom® is dispatched with the precision and care befitting a royal estate. From the moment your selection is confirmed, The Royal Courier prepares your treasures for White-Glove Transit under the highest standards of the Kingdom.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected transit preference. No hidden charges — what you see at checkout is what you pay.
We offer multiple transit options to meet the needs of every discerning patron:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days (select items only)
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance, weather conditions, and destination. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may require additional transit time.
Order Processing
Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST Monday–Friday typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST ship the next business day.
Weekend Orders: Orders placed Saturday or Sunday are processed and dispatched on Monday.
Holiday & Peak Periods: During major holidays and peak seasons (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas), processing may take 1–3 business days. Expected ship dates are always communicated at checkout.
How The Royal Courier Works
We partner with trusted domestic suppliers and fulfillment networks. Your order ships directly from domestic warehouses nationwide — ensuring faster delivery, fresher products, and reduced transit costs. Our shipping partners include USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional carriers selected based on your location and package requirements.
Order Tracking
Once your treasures are in transit, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number within 24–48 hours. Monitor the progress of your royal arrival at any time using the provided tracking link, or visit our Order Tracking page.
Large orders may ship in multiple packages from different warehouses. Separate tracking numbers will be issued for each package.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
In the rare event that your acquisition arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact The Royal Concierge immediately with your order number and photos of the packaging. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Availability and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Delivery typically arrives within 7–21 business days depending on location and customs processing.
Special Shipping Considerations
PO Boxes & Military Addresses: We ship to PO Boxes via USPS and proudly serve APO/FPO/DPO military addresses worldwide. Military shipments are treated as domestic orders with no additional customs fees.
Oversized Items: Large items such as dog beds, cat trees, and bulk food orders may incur additional shipping charges due to dimensional weight pricing. These costs are always displayed at checkout before purchase.
Temperature-Sensitive Products: During extreme heat or cold, shipments of temperature-sensitive products (food, treats, supplements) may be delayed to ensure product quality and safety.
