Purrfect Pet Kingdom™ offers a 30-day return window for eligible items. To begin a return, customers should contact us with the order number, item details, reason for return, and photos if the item arrived damaged or defective.

Returned items should be unused, clean, undamaged, and in original packaging when possible. Some items may not be returnable for hygiene, safety, personalization, final-sale, food, treat, or supplier restriction reasons.

Refunds are reviewed after the return is received and inspected, when a return shipment is required. Original shipping charges may not always be refundable unless required by law or the issue was caused by fulfillment error.
