1. To install the hollow boards, unzip the 4 zippers inside the pet car booster. It may be challenging to fit the boards, so bend the sides a little before inserting them forcefully.
2. The 8 rings on the bottom are for the bottom straps, and the 4 rings on top and 4 rings on the side are for the side straps.
3. The inner dimensions of the car seat are 17.13x7.87x9.25in. Please measure your pet’s size (height and length) before purchasing.
4. Remove the 4 hollow boards before placing the seat in the washing machine.
