Step 3: Send It Back
We'll give you clear return instructions and an authorization number. Pack it up, ship it back, and keep your tracking number handy.

Step 4: Get Your Refund
Once we receive your return (usually 5-7 business days after we get it), your refund goes back to your original payment method. Easy.

Who Pays For Shipping?

You Pay If: You simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong item. We recommend using a tracked shipping method so nothing gets lost.

We Pay If: We messed up and sent you the wrong item, or if something arrived defective. We'll email you a prepaid return label right away.

When Something Goes Wrong

Arrived Damaged?
Take photos immediately (packaging and product), then contact us within 48 hours. We'll send a replacement or process a full refund, your choice.

Wrong Item?
Our mistake, our responsibility. We'll send a prepaid return label and either ship the correct item or refund you completely, including your original shipping cost.

Defective Product?
