Subscription Policy

At Purrfect Pet Kingdom™, every subscription is a standing commission — a curated arrangement ensuring your distinguished companion never goes without. The following terms govern all subscription-based offerings available through our estate.

Subscription Enrollment

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Purrfect Pet Kingdom™ to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency selected at checkout. All charges are processed securely through Shopify Payments in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

Billing & Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle — whether weekly, monthly, or as otherwise specified at the time of enrollment. You will receive a courtesy notification prior to each renewal. Charges are applied to the payment method on file unless updated before the next billing date.

Modifications

You may modify your subscription — including frequency, quantity, or delivery address — at any time through your account portal. Changes submitted before your next scheduled billing date will take effect on the following cycle.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellation must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal date. Cancellations may be submitted via your account portal or by contacting our Curator Assistance team at Purrfectpetkingdom@outlook.com.

Refunds on Subscription Orders

Subscription orders that have already been dispatched are subject to our standard Exchange Protocol. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the billing date and our team will review your case with care and discretion.

Pausing a Subscription

Should you require a temporary pause, our team is available to assist. Please contact us at Purrfectpetkingdom@outlook.com at least 48 hours before your next renewal and we will arrange an appropriate hold on your behalf.

Failed Payments

In the event of a failed payment, Purrfect Pet Kingdom™ will make a reasonable number of retry attempts. Should payment remain unsuccessful, your subscription will be paused and you will be notified to update your payment details to resume service.
