The Exchange Protocol

At Purrfect Pet Kingdom™, every acquisition is made with intention. Should an item fall short of your expectations, our Exchange Protocol has been designed to resolve the matter with the same care and discretion afforded to every order dispatched from our estate.

Eligibility for Return

Items are eligible for return within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging is intact and undamaged
  • Proof of purchase is presented at the time of the request

Non-Returnable Items

In the interest of your companion's health and hygiene, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened grooming products and botanical treatments
  • Consumables, treats, and nutritional supplements
  • Personalised or bespoke items commissioned to order
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the exchange process, please contact our Curator Assistance team at purrfectpetkingdom@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the concern. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return authorisation and instructions.

Please do not dispatch any item without prior authorisation — unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will be notified by email once the refund has been processed. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Should you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or variant, please indicate your preference when contacting our team. Exchanges are subject to current availability and will be dispatched upon receipt of the original item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or does not match what was commissioned, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at purrfectpetkingdom@gmail.com with photographic documentation. Purrfect Pet Kingdom™ will arrange a complimentary replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the patron unless the return is the result of an error on our part. We recommend using a tracked courier service, as Purrfect Pet Kingdom™ cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
