At Purrfect Pet Kingdom™, every order is treated as a diplomatic dispatch — handled with meticulous care from the moment it leaves our estate to the moment it arrives at yours. The following outlines the terms governing the journey of your curated selections.
Processing Time
All orders are carefully inspected and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. During peak seasons, processing times may be extended — you will be notified should any delay arise.
Shipping Rates
A flat shipping fee of $12.95 is applied to all domestic orders. Complimentary Royal Shipping is extended to all domestic orders over $150. Shipping rates for international destinations will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Domestic: 5–8 business days after dispatch
- Expedited Domestic: 2–4 business days after dispatch
- International: 10–21 business days after dispatch, subject to customs clearance
Delivery estimates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Purrfect Pet Kingdom™ is not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email. You may use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery through our preferred courier's portal. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local fees upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping fee. Purrfect Pet Kingdom™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Undeliverable & Returned Shipments
Should a shipment be returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of receipt, the patron will be responsible for any re-dispatch fees. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at the time of checkout.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our Curator Assistance team within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery date. We will liaise with the courier on your behalf and arrange an appropriate resolution with care and discretion.
