Shipping Information
Processing Time: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 3 business days. Orders for dog treats, cat food, and other perishable items are prioritized for fastest shipping.
Shipping Methods: We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs. Standard shipping typically arrives within 5-7 business days, while expedited options are available for faster delivery of essential items like puppy food, kitten food, and dental care products.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. We occasionally offer special shipping promotions on select collections like dog toys, cat beds, and grooming supplies.
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can monitor your package as it makes its way to your door, whether you've ordered collars and leashes, litter box enclosures, or feeding solutions.
Delivery Timeframes
Domestic Shipping: Orders within the United States typically arrive within 5-7 business days for standard shipping. Expedited options can deliver your freeze-dried treats, catnip toys, and other products in 2-3 business days.
Special Handling: Large items such as cat trees, elevated dog beds, and automatic feeders may require additional processing time and special shipping arrangements.
Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Return Policy: We want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your dog apparel, grooming tools, or any other product, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. For hygiene reasons, opened food items including wet dog food, dry cat food, and cat treats cannot be returned unless defective.
Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods, opened food packages, and personalized items cannot be returned. However, if you receive damaged or defective toys, collars, or beds, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact our customer service team at returns@purrfectpetkingdom.com with your order number and reason for return. Whether it's a sizing issue with dog harnesses or a preference change on interactive toys, we're here to help.
Step 2: We'll provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions for sending back your blankets, scratching posts, or other items.
Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring valuable items like orthopedic beds and elevated feeders.
Step 4: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Need a different size of dog bandana or want to exchange your plush toy for a different style? We're happy to facilitate exchanges. Simply follow the return process above and place a new order for your preferred item from collections like squeaky toys, ball toys, or lick mats.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your leather collar, cat bowl, or any other product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage and we'll arrange for a replacement or full refund immediately. This applies to all products from shampoos to puzzle toys.
