Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for most products. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right.
Eligible Returns
You may return items if:
- The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
- The item is in its original packaging
- You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- The return is initiated within 30 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened food, treats, or supplements
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Grooming products that have been opened or used
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at Shaun@purrfectpetkingdom.com with your order number
- We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping is calculated at checkout
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
- We'll provide a prepaid return label for damaged items
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
