At Purrfect Pet Kingdom®, we're committed to getting your pet products to you quickly and safely. We currently ship only within the United States.

Shipping Rates

We offer simple, straightforward shipping rates:

  • Orders Under $50: $5.00 Flat Rate Shipping
  • Orders $50 And Over: FREE Shipping

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total.

Shipping Locations

We Ship To All 50 US States

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Please note: Processing times may be longer during peak seasons and holidays.

Delivery Time

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 Business Days
  • Expedited Options: Contact us for availability

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

If you haven't received tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery of your pet products.

Lost Or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us immediately
  • Provide your order number and photos of any damage
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue
  • Replacements or refunds will be issued as appropriate

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
